Having my basement flood a week before Christmas is about 9 out of 10 on the stress scale. You returned my call immediately, and sent Jessy over within hours. He assessed the situation and was here early the next morning.
Jessy is an extraordinary young man. He is polite, professional and answered all of my questions clearly. (You did too by the way on the telephone!) He was reassuring. Never lose that guy as an employee/partner. He is an excellent supervisor.

The first time Jessy came to our address, we were in the midst of trying to firm up the offer to sell our house-the buyers and their agent were here, and the hysteria was mounting. There was some panic worrying about the possibility of a hairline crack in our foundation, and it was liable to be a deal breaker. The original guy who was supposed to come check things out was a no-show, so we were thrilled when Jessy arrived, and quickly laid to rest the hairline crack theory. We knew the issue was the window well, and he confirmed our statements. He provided us with an estimate to prevent the reoccurrence of the problem, and offered to expedite the needed work, if it was holding up the sale. As it was, it didn’t, and so we didn’t need a rush job, as long as it was done before closing.
He told us approximately 3 weeks until you could arrive, and it pretty well was 3 weeks. Today, Ed and his assistant arrived first thing this morning did the job in a timely and tidy fashion. The price is exactly what Jessy quoted us. Whenever we phoned your office, they were polite, friendly and helpful. We received a prompt response to every call.

I wanted to thank The Basement Guy Waterproofing Inc. for the service you provided my 83 year old mother in March 2012.
I have been on a condominium corporation Board of Directors for many years where we frequently required service to fix many basement leaks. In all of the cases, we were left with a terrible mess/pile of earth to deal with after the work had been completed.
A crack in my mother’s foundation was poorly repaired by the builder in 2004. We recently hired The Basement Guy to repair the builder’s “fix” which was leaking again, and caused considerable damage to the fireplace molding in the basement. The Basement Guy was responsive, punctual, and professional and did an excellent repair job. In addition, the work area was tamped down with little indication that the property had been dug up. The 20 year Waterproofing-Guarantee had given my mother peace of mind that won’t have to pay for repair in this area again.
I would not hesitate to hire The Basement Guy (indeed, they were recommended to me by another condo corporation).
